1. Where do you ship to?
We ship to Canada and the United States.
2. What is your shipping process?
We ship orders from Monday to Friday by Canada Post and USPS excluding statutory holidays. All orders will be processed and shipped the next business day.
3. Are local currencies available?
Our published prices are in Canadian and US dollars.
4. Do you offer free shipping? What is the shipping rate?
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 CAD / $85 USD. If your order is less than $100 CAD or $85 USD, the shipping fee is automatically calculated at checkout depending on the destination, the dimensions and weight of the package.

5. Do you offer a tracking number for all kinds of shipments?
All shipping options (Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost and Priority for Canada, and Tracked Packet, Expedited Parcel and Xpresspost for USA) include a tracking number.
6. Can I modify or cancel my order? Can I get a refund?
If you make an error when you place an order, please contact us immediately at soo@soochatea.ca so that we can make necessary changes.
If you wish to completely cancel your order, contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Please note that we are not able to modify or cancel your order after it has been processed for shipping and we've sent the shipping confirmation.
A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund amount. If your order arrived damaged during transit, please contact us at soo@soochatea.ca as soon as possible.
