1. Where do you ship to?
We ship to Canada and the United States.
2. What is your shipping process?
We ship orders from Monday to Friday by Canada Post and USPS excluding statutory holidays. All orders will be processed and shipped the next business day.
3. Are local currencies available?
Our published prices are in Canadian and US dollars.
4. Do you offer free shipping? What is the shipping rate?
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 CAD / $85 USD. If your order is less than $100 CAD or $85 USD, the shipping fee is automatically calculated at checkout depending on the destination, the dimensions and weight of the package.

As of September 25th, 2025, Postal Workers at Canada Post launched a national strike and free shipping for US orders is suspended until further notice. We are sorry for the inconvenience it may cause. Domestic shipments within Canada will be fulfilled via Purolator and US shipments via DHL Express.
5. Do you offer a tracking number for all kinds of shipments?
All shipping options (Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost and Priority for Canada, and Tracked Packet, Expedited Parcel and Xpresspost for USA) include a tracking number.
6. Can I cancel my order or get a refund?
We are sorry that we don't accept returns of tea as it is a food product. However, if you would like to cancel your order within a short period of time before your order has been processed for shipping, we can cancel your order. If your order arrived defective or damaged, please contact us at soo@soochatea.ca as soon as possible.
