Balhyocha Teaffogato

An affogato, meaning "drowned" in Italian, is a coffee-based dessert, and a scoop of ice cream is literally drowned in a shot of hot espresso.

With our Balhyocha, you can also make TEAffogato. Simply add one scoop of your choice of ice cream (I used mochi ice cream) and a strong infusion of Balhyocha to your cup and drizzle Balhyocha syrup on top.

For strong infusion:

· 3g or 1 heaping tablespoon Balhyocha

· 1/2 cup (120ml or 4oz) water, 90ºC 

· steeping time: 5 minutes
