Mugwort Teaffogato

Do you enjoy affogato, the coffee-based dessert made with a scoop of ice cream and a shot of espresso? You can also make it with our Mugwort Powder instead of an espresso shot!

Whisk or dissolve 3g of Mugwort Powder with 30ml of water (90ºC) and pour it over a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream. (Optional) You can also add some honey into the whisked powder if you wish to.

You can make teaffogato with our Balhyocha Powder too that has rich cocoa flavours.
